Our Story

Mazari Capital was founded by Angela Udemba, a former McKinsey Consultant and Medicinal Chemist. Angela is also known as a choreographer, a creative director of fashion, music and dance events and an interior decorator with a passion for aesthetics and architecture. Mazari Capital combines Angela's years of business training, creativity and passion to develop luxury but accessible properties with attractive returns for investors. 

Our story began with Angela's first visit to Bali in 2019. She was struck by the breathtaking beauty of Bali so she returned in the March 2021 for a visit that turned into an indefinite stay. Like many foreigners living in Bali, she was drawn by Bali's culture and focus on quality of life and wellbeing. 

Her passion for interior design and architecture quickly led her to establish a close network of architects, contractors and interior designers – the people behind astonishing bamboo and modern structures in Bali.  Along the way, she saw developments with high returns, and a resilient market with high property appreciation and rental yield, and the Mazari brand was borne.
